I just got a copy of Appetite for Reduction: 100 Fast and Filling Low-Fat Vegan Recipes by Isa Chandra Moskowitz - her new low fat, vegan friendly cookbook.
The recipes look great, I can't wait to start cooking them! Off to Real Foods on a supply hunt tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteHey. I just came across your blog and it looks really interesting. I'm a 17 year old girl and I've just started a food blog with a friend of mine. We will both be off to Edinburgh university next year so we are focusing our blog on delicious but easy and cheap food that students will want to and love to cook (hopefully). I'm vegetarian and have heard (as I see you've said on your blog) that Edinburgh is a really good city for veggies to eat in - so I'm looking forward to it. ReplyDeleteIt is a brilliant book! Easily the best vegan cook book I have come across, everything tastes so very good. I recommend the pineapple rice dish on page 72 especially.
